Fairtex BXS1 Boxing Training Sticks

Sharpen speed, accuracy and defensive reactions with the Fairtex BXS1 Boxing Training Sticks, designed for coaches working with boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing and MMA athletes.

The BXS1 gives trainers a lightweight alternative to traditional focus mitts for fast-paced reaction drills. Coaches can present moving targets for combinations while also simulating incoming strikes, encouraging fighters to slip, block, parry, move and counter under pressure.

Constructed from genuine leather with a lightweight core and high-density foam padding, the sticks provide enough feedback for accurate striking while remaining comfortable for extended coaching sessions. The padded ends add extra protection and wrist loops help keep each stick secure during fast movements.
